Skoda Reportedly Working On New Yeti, Rapid & Octavia RS
The new Skoda Yeti is said to be larger and offer a spacious cabin compared to the current generation model.
Skoda is getting ready to go on the offensive on product launches for 2017 and will begin with the next-generation Yeti SUV.

The new Yeti is expected to premiere at the 2017 Frankfurt Motor Show and the new SUV will feature the underpinnings of the MQB platform. The MQB platform will help shed some weight of the new Yeti.

The new Yeti will be larger and offer more cabin space despite being lighter due to the MQB platform. On the design front, the new Yeti will retain its boxy image and will gain some of the design cues of the larger Kodiaq SUV.

Also, Skoda will also launch a facelifted version of the Euro-spec Rapid and the Rapid Spaceback. Even more interesting is that the Czech automaker will offer a more powerful version of the Octavia RS which is expected to gain 15bhp on top of the facelifted model.

The new Octavia RS will now churn out a total of 242bhp and will feature an electronically controlled differential lock as standard.
