Skoda Awarded For Highest Customer Satisfaction By JD Power Study

In the small car and mid car categories, the Skoda Fabia and the Superb owners have been voted as the most satisfied car owners by the German Motorists. This is the latest vehicle dependability study conducted by JD Power.

More than 15,000 people were asked about reliability of their vehicle in Germany, and the Skoda Fabia emerged as the winner for the second consecutive year. The JD Power study covered five vehicle classes and only Skoda managed to win two prizes for the dependability study.

The Skoda Superb, having won the mid car category, was well appreciated for its interior space and its assistance systems like the Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) as well as the lane-departure warning system Lane Assist, and Traffic Jam Assist.

The Skoda Fabia owners like the infotainment system the most. The car features SmartLink technology, which allows users to link their smart devices to the car easily. The Skoda cars were appreciated by the British Motorists as well.
