Seat Marbella Electric SUV Launch Slated For Early 2017
Spanish-based automobile manufacturer, Seat will be developing an all-new vehicle, which will take into the future of mobility. An all-new electric SUV will be introduced in international markets by early 2017. Seat has decided to christen its upcoming model as the 'Marbella'.
The Marbella will be offered with an electric as well as an optional combustion engine. Seat claims that their electric Marbella will have a decent range of 200 kilometres on a full charge. At this moment, details of the combustion engine have not been revealed.
Interestingly, Seat will not be allowing customers to buy the Marbella electric straight away. Customers will have to make an initial payment along with monthly instalments. Once the contract ends customers will have the option of returning the vehicle and replacing it with a new Seat model.
Seat plans on regularly updating its Marbella electric model. Improving the battery and range will be a top priority for the Spanish manufacturer. This could prove an interesting proposition for most electric vehicle buyers as they have the latest technology at their disposal.
