Renault To Enter e-Rallye Monte-Carlo With ZOE
Renault
will
be
entering
the
2016
e-Rallye
Monte-Carlo
for
the
third
time
in
a
row
with
four
ZOEs.
The
French
automaker
has
taken
part
in
the
350
km
rally
since
the
rally's
inception
in
2014.
The rally starts from Fontainebleau and finishes in the Principality of Monaco. Between these two places, there are some famous WRC stages with one of them being the Col de Turini.
The automaker has won this event twice in two years. With ZOE, Renault is looking to make it three wins in three years.
The car is now equipped with a new battery, which has doubled its New European Driving Cycle (NEDC) driving range to 400 kilometres.
Adriana Karembeu, TV presenter and model is one of the four drivers to pilot the ZOE. For this, e-Rally a total of 36 cars will line-up.
Adriana is very fond of motorsports and has competed in past rallies. The Slovakian will be looking for a solid result in the e-Rally Monte-Carlo.
The series takes place on Wednesday 12 October and finishes on Sunday 16 October 2016.
