Renault-Nissan Alliance Sign Long Term Settlement With Employee Union
The Renault Nissan Alliance has formally signed a three year Long Term Settlement of agreement with Renault Nissan India Thozhilalar Sangam (RNITS), the company's employee representative union. The agreement will be effective from April 01, 2016 until March 31, 2019.
According to the new agreement, the plant technicians will receive a salary increase of Rs. 18,000/-, over a period of 3 years. The agreement also includes several benefits and schemes for employees and their families.
