Renault Achieve 173 Percent Growth Owing To Kwid Popularity
Renault India has witnessed an explosive growth in the country owing to its new and affordable vehicle for the masses. During June 2016, the French-based manufacturer experienced a growth of 173 percent in domestic sales.
During June 2015, Renault sold 4,340 models in the Indian market. In June 2016, they have managed to sell 11,837 models in the country. The majority of the sales have been achieved owing to the popularity of the Renault Kwid.
Currently, Renault has 210 dealerships across the Indian sub-continent. The French-based manufacturer plans to increase its presence up to 270 showrooms within 2016-end. Renault India wants to offer its customers a satisfying after-sales experience.
In the period of January-June 2015, Renault has managed to sell 23,346 units. They have managed to witness a growth of 165 percent during January-June 2016, by selling 61,895 units. Once again all credit goes to the introduction of the Kwid.
