$2.5 Million Pagani Hypercar Recalled In The U.S. — Guess How Many?
Pagani, the Italian hypercar maker is recalling Huayras built from 2014-2016 in the United States. Reports suggests that, 32 cars, which means pretty much all of them in the country, will fall under the recall.
The hypercar's airbag which is mounted to the steering wheel was built with inadequate fasteners . So in the case of an accident, these fasteners could let the airbag come loose. Thus, preventing it from deploying correctly. This can cause injury.
The fix for this issue is to simply replace the fasteners. Pagani's registered dealers will do the fix for free and it is not a time consuming process.
Pagani Automobili is only building 100 Huayra coupes in total. Once they reach that milestone, Pagani will start building Huayra Roadsters.
