Video: Nissan Advertises The Navara In The Scorching Heat Of Middle East
The Middle East has a very different car culture, so making an advertisement for the market was no easy job for the Nissan team to promote the model.
Earlier
this
year,
Nissan
launched
a
new
advertising
campaign
for
its
Navara
pickup
truck.
In
Europe,
they
released
a
commercial
of
the
pickup
truck
called
"Tough
as
always,
smarter
than
ever".
But
this
time,
the
company
came
up
with
a
different
approach
for
advertising
its
pickup
model
in
the
Middle
East.
The Middle East has a very different car culture, so making an advertisement for the market was no easy job for the Nissan team to promote the model. Arabs are infamously known for dune-bashing and high-speed drifting on public roads.
The Navara is available in Alabaster White, Starburst Silver, Flamer Red, Cayman Blue and Twilight Grey in the Middle East.
The model comes with either a 2.5-litre petrol or a 2.5-litre diesel powerplant. The petrol unit produces 168bhp of power and 244Nm of torque while the diesel engine produces 161bhp and 403Nm of torque.
Depending on the selected variant, Nissan offers either a six-speed manual or a seven-speed automatic transmission.
