Skoda Auto India, a Volkswagen Group owned company has announced that it has launched a mobile application for its customers, called 'MySkoda'.

The MySkoda app connects Skoda vehicle owners with Skoda India's digital ecosystem, providing access to the complete service history of their vehicle.

Skoda India also lets customers know the cost of various spare parts and also an estimate of the cost of each service, said the company.

The MySkoda app will also feature a number of other features such as booking a service appointment, locating the closest dealer, and connecting to Skoda's Customer Care team for help.

According to the carmaker, the app will offer utmost transparency and provides hassle-free ownership experience for every Skoda owner in the country.

The app helps Skoda owners to remotely monitor their vehicle's service cycle, warranty, insurance, and roadside assistance services and validity.

Skoda owners can also update their personal details, save essential ownership-related documents, refer to previous service jobs carried out on their vehicle, and also be notified by important notifications.

Any update made through the new Skoda app is registered with Skoda India's database. The MySkoda app is available for download on iPhones and android devices.
