Drop Top C-Class To Set Pulses Racing In India Soon
German automotive giant Mercedes-Benz is currently working on bringing the fabric top version of the C-Class, the C-class Cabriolet to India soon.
The Mercedes C-Class cabriolet was unveiled at the 2016 Geneva Motor Show.
The variant of the C-class that will be making its way into India is expected to be the C300 Cabriolet which uses a 2.0-litre turbocharged petrol engine to send 242bhp and 370Nm of torque to the rear wheels with the help of a 9-speed automatic gearbox.
The C300 Cabriolet can sprint from 0-100km/h in 6.4 seconds and will keep on accelerating till it hits 250km/h. The C300 returns a mileage of 14km/l.
The C-Class Cabriolet is one of the 12 launches that Mercedes has planned for this year and will is expected to go up against the A3 Cabriolet when it launches in India
