For Mercedes-Benz the impressive sales were contributed by the new E-Class, the company sold nearly 17,000 E-Class Saloon and Estate in August 2016. As for BMW, its X range of vehicles has been performing for the automaker. The introduction of X1 worldwide has spiked the sales with 16,612 units for the entire range of X.
The notable mention is the sales of Tata Motors-owned Jaguar Land Rover which has been upbeat with the sales of the F-Pace SUV and the new XF sedan. With the impressive sales, Jaguar could be seeing the numbers going up.
