The Maruti Vitara Brezza has been launched only as a diesel engine. Powering it will be a 1.3 litre DDiS 200 Fiat engine seen in the Swift and Ciaz. This is mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox and will punch out 89bhp and 200Nm of torque.

The Hyundai Creta is powered by three power plants, 1.4 litre and 1.6 litre diesel engine and 1.6 petrol engine. The 1.6 litre petrol engine produces 122bhp and 154Nm of torque, and the 1.4 litre diesel engine punches out 89bhp and 224Nm of torque. The third, which is a 1.6 litre diesel engine, produces 126bhp and 265Nm of torque. Hyundai Creta is for serious buyers who are looking for SUV features like Hill Climb Assist and six airbags and would like to push the car to the limits.

As for the Renault Duster, the compact SUV has a cult following, however, it seems to be diminishing in the recent past. However, this SUV does pack a punch with features like Eco drive and the Easy-R dial automatic gear shift which is developed using their Formula One expertise.
