Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza Launch Confirmed For March 8
Maruti Suzuki have confirmed that the Vitara Brezza SUV will be launched in India on March 8. The Vitara Brezza was unveiled at 2016 Auto Expo in Delhi in February.
The Vitara Brezza is powered by the same diesel engine found on the Ciaz sedan. The 1.3-litre engine produces 89bhp and 200Nm of torque while returning a mileage of 28.09km/l.
The Brezza sends this power to the front wheels through a 5-speed manual gearbox.
Up front the Vitara Brezza has a single slat grille which is done up in chrome and is flanked by angular headlamps which are projector units and also itegrate daytime running lamps. Also upfront are automatic headlamps and rain sensing wipers.
At the rear there is a large chrome strip with the car's name engraved on it and the taillamps are small and angular.
The interiors of the Brezza SUV include a touchscreen innfotainment system with Apple CarPlay, a cooled glovebox, and automatic climate control AC.
Prices for the Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza are expected to start at around Rs. 7 lakhs.
