Arunachal Pradesh To Host First Ever Maruti Suzuki TSD Rally Championship

Maruti Suzuki will organise its first TSD Rally in the north eastern state of Arunachal Pradesh from 14 to 17 December 2016.

The north eastern state of Arunachal Pradesh is gearing up to host the fifth leg of the Maruti Suzuki National Super League TSD (NSTSD) Rally Championship 2016, scheduled to take place from 14 to 17 December, 2016.

The rally will take the participants through rivers gorges and mountain passes, covering a total distance of 700km from Itanagar to Dambuk. The rallyists will get a chance to experience the Orange Festival of Adventure and Music at Dambuk.

The Maruti Suzuki Rally Championship is a combination of six different rallies, Uttarakhand Rally, Deccan Rally, Backwaters Rally, Mughal Rally, Rally of Arunachal, and Rally of Gujrat.

The Maruti Suzuki Rally is open for participants with any vehicle make or model, without undergoing any modifications needed by FMSCI. The vehicles can take part in stock conditions, giving enthusiasts a chance to participate in a rally.

The Maruti Suzuki Rally will follow a Time-Speed-Distance (TSD) format, in which participants will have to pay attention to navigation skills and coordination, instead of speed.
