Mahindra Presents Crowdsourced Delhi ePrix Track Design
Mahindra Racing had conducted a competition via its social media platforms. The competition was to design a Formula E race track in Delhi. Now the Mahindra Racing Formula E Team has released a video of their crowdsourced track designs.
Delhi ePrix is supposed to be scheduled for season 3 of Formula E. The video and design for the Delhi track has been submitted to Benoit Dupont, FIA Formula E Sporting Director. All of the submissions will be handed over to the FIA Formula E office in Hammersmith, London.
Fans from all over India submitted several designs for the Delhi ePrix circuit. Over 120 designs were submitted through Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. In a matter of two weeks, the campaign received an overwhelming response.
All designs have been showcased by Mahindra Racing on their Facebook fan page. The tracks will be shortlisted and presented to the State Government of New Delhi. Here is the video and do let us know in the comment section which is your favourite.
