Mahindra e2o United Kingdom Launch Scheduled For April

Mahindra & Mahindra launched its e2o electric model in India a while ago. The electric vehicle was developed keeping in mind the international market. Now the all-new e2o electric vehicle will be introduced in the United Kingdom sometime during April 2016.

Electric vehicles are gaining popularity in the UK market and Mahindra believes there is huge potential for their products as well. The e2o by Mahindra is a two-door electric vehicle that can accommodate four grown-ups with relative ease.

Powering the Mahindra e2o is a 48V Li-ion maintenance free battery. The electric vehicle develops 19KW (25.64bhp), along with 54Nm of peak torque output. Mahindra claims that the e2o will have a range of 120 km on a full charge, which can be achieved within five hours via a 220V socket.

The e2o by Mahindra Reva is built at an amazing facility in Bangalore. Mahindra e2o is most likely to make its UK debut in London, which will be followed by launched in several other key locations in the country. So far, pricing and other details have still not been announced.
