Mahindra e2o Plus Launched In India; Prices Start At Rs. 5.46 Lakh
Mahindra has launched the four-door variant of the e2o electric hatchback, the e2o Plus in India.
Indian carmaker Mahindra has expanded its electric car range in India by launching the e20 Plus four-door hatchback. Prices for the e20 Plus start at Rs. 5.46 lakh ex-showroom (Delhi).

A P2 variant is also available and will only be sold for fleets.
The P4 and P6 variants of the e2o Plus are powered by a 48V electric battery pack which is connected to 3-phase induction motor. The motor kicks out 25.4bhp and 70Nm of torque which allows the e2o Plus to sprint from 0 - 60km/h in 14.1 seconds.
The battery pack has a range of 110 kilometres. Charging time for the battery packs varies from 75 minutes (fast charger) to six hours.
The P8 e2o Plus is powered by a 72V battery pack connected to 2-phase induction motor. This motor kicks out 40bhp and 91Nm of torque which allows the e2o Plus to sprint from 0 - 60km/h in 9.5 seconds.
The battery pack has a range of 140 kilometres and can charge in nine hours with a normal charger (3 kW single phase 16 Amps) and 90 minutes with a fast charger (10kW 3 phase 32 Amp).
Design wise, the e2o Plus features a new grille, revised rear end and two extra doors compared to the normal e2o. The P8 variant gets alloy wheels and a Blaupunkt infotainment system.
Mahindra has included its REVive feature which adds 5 to 10 km of range when the battery is low along with safty features like Hill Assist.
