Mahindra e2o 2-Door Model Likely To Be Phased Out In India
here is a possibility that Mahindra Electric is going to phase out the e2o 2-door model. Mahindra’s e2o Plus 4-door electric vehicle has been well received in India and this could be a major reason.
Mahindra Electric recently launched its all-new e2o Plus model in the Indian market. The e2o Plus is a 4-door electric vehicle, built over its predecessor. Now, the Indian electric vehicle maker is likely to phase out the e2o 2-door model.
At this moment, it is unclear if Mahindra Electric will update the e2o 2-door model or phase it out. So far, Mahindra e2o is not present on the official site as well. The 2-door e2o electric vehicle is a popular model in the European markets.
The 2-door e2o model was not extremely popular in the Indian market. With the introduction of e2o Plus 4-door model, Mahindra is confident that the electric vehicle will be more popular. Mahindra electric is likely to keep the e2o Plus for India, while the regular e2o will be for export markets.
All-new Mahindra e2o Plus is more hatchback like than its predecessor. The design language is also in sync with current Mahindra products. e2o Plus is aimed at younger, environment conscious vehicle buyers and could attract more buyers this time around.
