Lamborghini Appoints New India Head, Sharad Agarwal
Lamborghini India has appointed an all-new Head for the country. Sharad Agarwal is the newly appointed Head of Lamborghini India. He was previously the Head of Field Forces for Audi India. Agarwal will bring his vast experience to Lamborghini for its India operation.
Sharad Agarwal was part of Audi India from May 2012 to very recent. He took up the role of Head of Corporate Sales, Fleet, Leasing, and Financial Services. Agarwal has taken up the role of Head of Field Forces since 2013 and has been associated with Mahindra First Choice, TVS Motors, and Zuari Industries.
The newly appointed Head of Lamborghini India will have several tasks waiting for him. Sharad Agarwal will take care of the functioning of sales, marketing, after sales, and network development in India. Agarwal's fifteen years of experience is perfect for Lamborghini's Indian operation.
Andrea Baldi, General Manager of Automobili Lamborghini Asia-Pacific is proud and excited on appointing Sharad Agarwal. He is confident that Sharad will further strengthen Lamborghini as a brand in India.
Currently, Lamborghini offers only two models in the Indian market, the Huracan and the Aventador. The Italian-based supercar maker will soon be introducing the Urus SUV with a supercar like performance. India is most likely to get this model as well once it launches in 2018.
