Jaguar F-Pace Sets The Pace In The Company’s History Of Sales
In its rich 94-year history of the Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) company, the new Jaguar F-Pace SUV has become the fastest selling car. JLR has finally can come out of the over-reliance of Land Rover car sales.
Jaguar has sold 30,000 units of the F-Pace since its launch in the British soil in mid-April and then going on to sell globally. JLR has reportedly is securing additional cars to cater to the demand of the SUV.
JLR had sold over 521,000 cars last year, out of which only 94,500 units from the Jaguar range of cars, the vast sales were attributed to Land Rover cars.
The driving force has been new customers, especially the age average has been reduced seeing young buyers interested in the F-Pace. The company said 90 percent are new buyers for the Jaguar F-Pace SUV.
The company is contemplating adding another production line if the demand grows from the current trend. The F-Pace is built at the Solihull factory and is due to open a new factory in Slovakia in the next few days.
The kind response the Jaguar F-Pace has reaped is something that was seen when JLR launched the Range Rover Evoque a few years ago.
