VW Invades India Bike Week With Polo GTI
Volkswagen showcased its upcoming Polo GTI hot hatch at the 2016 India Bike Week in Goa.
The German carmaker is expected to launch the Polo GTI in India later this year and decided to join in the fun at the biggest show about two wheelers in the country.

Design
The Polo GTI is a three door version of the Polo hatchback on sale in the country but it looks a lot more agressive than its five door siblings.
The front grille is a lot smaller and has a single red line running across its length. The headlight is also much more angular. The front bumper is more sculpted as well.
The side features flared up wheel arches while the rear bumper looks a lot more angular as well. Sticking out of the bumper are two taillpipes.
Availability And Rivals
The Polo GTI is expected to launch in India in September 2016 just in time for the Dusshera-Diwali festival period with prices around Rs. 20 lakhs. The Polo GTI has no direct rivals that can give it a run for its money at the moment in the country.
