The Hyundai Tucson and Genesis were ranked highest in overall customer experience and vehicle technology in 2016 J.D. Power US Experience Index study.
The study measures the key factors such as - owner experience, usage and interaction with driver-centric vehicle technology. Tucson and Genesis outperformed their rivals in their respective segments.
The Tucson ranked highest in six categories - collision protection, comfort and convenience, driving assistance, entertainment and connectivity, and navigation.
Whereas the Genesis outpaced 20 other vehicles to be ranked highest in its competitive segment.
The Tucson is equipped with advanced safety features such as - Blind Spot Detection (BSD), Lane Departure Warning (LDW), Rear Cross-Traffic Alert (RCTA), Lane Change Assist (LCA), Backup Warning Sensors and Autonomous Emergency Braking (AEB).
The Genesis also comes with driver safety technology dubbed as Sensory Surround Safety. It also offers safety features such as - Autonomous Emergency Braking (AEB), Smart Cruise Control with Lane Departure Warning (LDW), Electronic Stability Control (ESC) and much more.
