Honda City Gets Dual Airbags & Black Leather Interior

Honda Cars India has updated its City sedan for 2016. The popular sedan by the Japanese manufacturer is now available with Dual SRS airbags as standard equipment throughout its variants. Previously, the Honda City was equipped with ABS and EBD as well.

The Japanese-based automobile manufacturer is now equipping the City with rear ISOFIX seat and top tether anchor for child seats as standard. Overall, Honda is providing its customers with an even safer and feature rich vehicle in the segment.

The fourth generation City sedan is also being offered with an all-new black leather interior. Unfortunately, this all-black interior option is available only in the VX(O) variant, which is the top of the line model. Honda is offering the new interior in both petrol and diesel variants of City.

The 2016 Honda City also gets two new exterior colour options: Alabaster Silver and White Orchid Pearl. Honda will also be providing the VX(O) variant with sunroof and an advanced integrated touchscreen audio visual navigation system.

Surprisingly, Honda Cars India has not increased the price of the vehicle, even though they have added several new features. The City sedan VX (O) variant will continue to be sold for Rs. 10.71 lakh for the petrol model and Rs. 11.91 lakh ex-showroom (Delhi) for the diesel variant.
