Google Brings Android Auto To India
Californian software giant Google has brought its Android Auto platform to India.
Android Auto allows users with phones running Android 5.0 Marshmallow with the Android Auto App installed to connect their phones to a compatible infotainment system and keep track of their phone's notifications, use google maps with turn by turn navigation as well as play music by just using their own voice.
Google confirmed the launch of Android Auto in India and 17 other nations via a tweet from the Android handle on twitter.

Mahindra, has already stated last year that it was committed to bringing Android Auto to the XUV500 and Scorpio last year.
Hyundai already offers Android Auto on the Sonata available abroad and we could soon se in the car in India as well.
Other manufacturers and car infotainment system manufacturers are also expected to release compatible systems in the near future.
