Ford Mustang Engine Specification And Performance

The Ford Mustang has officially been unveiled in India. The high performance car by Ford will be the company's flagship offering in the country. The Ford Mustang will go on sale during the second quarter of 2016.

Ford Mustang Engine Specification

The Ford Mustang is offered with a standard engine for the Indian market, which is a naturally aspirated 5.0-litre V8, that produces 420bhp and 529Nm of torque. For the international markets however, Ford is offering a 3.7-litre V6 engine and a 2.3-litre turbocharged engine, which will not make it to India.

The Ford Mustang will be available with a six-speed automatic gearbox with paddle shifters in India.

Ford claims that the Mustang will do 0 to 100km/h in 4.8 seconds and goes all the way to reach a top speed of 250km/h. The Ford mustang returns a mileage of 7.4km/l, which is quite thirsty.
