Elon Musk Hints A Top Secret Tesla Masterplan
Tesla's Elon Musk on Sunday has tweeted about a "top secret Tesla masterplan."
The tweet, which said "Working on Top Secret Tesla Masterplan, Part 2. Hoping to publish later this week" comes amidst the inquiries about the two crashes of Tesla cars, and Musk's plans to combine Tesla, with solar panel maker company SolarCity Corp.
Past week, a driver of a Tesla Model X in the U.S crashed his car while in autopilot mode.
Tesla said, "Based on the data we have now, we have no reason to believe that the car or Autopilot had anything to do with the crash."
On May 7, another crash in Florida killed the driver of a Tesla Model S that was running in Autopilot mode.
Tesla's Autopilot system only allows the car to keep itself in a lane and maintain speed without a driver doing the steering.
