Chevrolet Trailblazer Facelift To Be Launched In India By Early 2017
The facelifted version of the Chevrolet Trailblazer will be launched in the Indian market in early 2017.
The facelifted version of the Chevrolet Trailblazer will hit the Indian shores in early 2017. The updated Trailblazer was first showcased at the 2016 Bangkok Motor Show in March.
A unit of new facelifted 2017 Chevrolet Trailblazer has been imported to the country for approval on regulatory standards and specifications. The already beefy looking SUV will get a more aggressive makeover in the facelifted version.
The 2017 Trailblazer will feature redesigned front grille, headlamps with daytime running LED lights, front bumper with large air vents, streamlined bonnet and larger fog lamps.
The facelifted Trailblazer has been given chrome detailing and it sports a new pair of alloy wheels with low profile tyres. The length of the SUV has also been increased by 9mm.
The interior of the new Trailblazer gets new features. The SUV will be equipped with a new dashboard and MyLink touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.
The facelifted SUV's safety features include six airbags, hill start assist, hill descent control, blind warning assist, collision warning, lane changing assist and reverse camera with cross traffic alert system.
The new 2017 Chevrolet Trailblazer will be powered by the same 2.8-litre 4-cylinder Duramax diesel engine mated to a six-speed automatic gearbox. The diesel motor churns out 200bhp and 500Nm of peak torque.
The currently available Trailblazer is not offered in the 4x4 variant. However, the 2017 model may be launched with the four-wheel-drive-system. The facelifted Chevrolet Trailblazer will be priced within the range of current model. The currently sold SUV is priced at Rs 23.95 lakh ex-showroom.
