Video: Watch The Worlds Fastest SUV Hit Its Top Speed
When Bentley started working on the Bentayga, the engineers started with three things in their minds, concealing a vehicle's weight, performance, and comfort.
If you expect the SUV to be a lot heavier than the Continental GT, it's only a few hundred kilo's that separate the two.
Despite its size, the Bentayga features amazing abilities. To be precise, the video footage below shows the hefty SUV hitting its limits at the German Autobahn.
The fastest SUV in the world was subjected to a top-speed test involving the car accelerating to its 302 km/h limited top-speed. And, as we expected, Bentayga completed the task rather easily.
Before you watch the test, here are the numbers that make the 600bhp behemoth a monster of a car.
The car is capable of sprinting from standstill to 60 (96 km/h) in under four seconds. Bentley also claims a quarter-mile time of 11.9 seconds.
The luxury SUV is also equipped with superior brakes which can decelerate the car from 100 to 0 km/h in 11 feet.
It shouldn't be long until we get to see how the Bentley Bentayga diesel handles such acceleration tests.
