Chief National Badminton Coach Gifted With BMW's By Master Blaster!
Former Indian badminton player and Chief National Coach for the Indian badminton Team, Pullela Gopichand was gifted with BMW's in the presence of the Master Blaster, Sachin Tendulkar.
Gopichand was later gifted with one more BMW by the Hyderabad District Badminton Association president, B. Chamundeshwarnath.
Thanking everyone for the support, and the cars, Gopichand said: "Hopefully this will drive us to perform better in the future."
Sachin Tendulkar, India's Goodwill Ambassador at Rio, said, "Gopichand has been a wonderful coach and role model, you have gone a notch higher. We all admire you. You are a real hero. We need your guidance in getting more medals. I thank various other coaches also."
Sindhu also conveyed her gratitude towards her supporters and well-wishers "Overall it is my dream and it has come true that I had to get an Olympic medal. I am thankful to my coach because throughout the whole journey till now I am with him. In the upcoming matches, definitely, I will get more medals for the country," promised the Hyderabad shuttler.
