2017 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid Features Revealed — Enhancement Personified
Hyundai has revealed the features and details of the 2017 Sonata Hybrid models which boast of advanced safety systems, smartphone connectivity, and other advancements. These enhancements include audio and multimedia upgrades.
The 2017 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid will come with a larger 7-inch colour touchscreen with display audio, standard HD radio, Android Auto, Apple CarPlay and next-generation Blue Link Connected Care.
All the variants will be featured with iPOD/USB and Aux, SiriusXM satellite radio and Bluetooth connectivity with phonebook transfer and voice-recognition.
Upgrades for your audio and multimedia include an 8-inch touchscreen navigation system and nine-speaker Infinity premium audio system with subwoofer and an external Infinity amplifier.
Also, is the distinctive instrument cluster with a 4.2-inch colour LCD display providing the driver about the hybrid's system operation. Apart from the above features, the 2017 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid comes standard with seven airbags, including driver's knee airbag.
Also seen as standard are the Electronic Stability Control (ESC), Vehicle Stability Management (VSM), Traction Control, ABS, tire pressure monitor for all tires and the rear view camera. Some of the active safety systems were developed by the Hyundai engineers to assist drivers and avoid accidents.
Features known in some of the luxury cars like Forward Collision Warning, Blind Spot Detection with Rear Cross Traffic Alert, Lane Change Assist, and a Lane Departure Warning System are available on the mid-size sedan.
