2015 Tokyo Motor Show: Yamaha To Display Concept Car
Japanese two-wheeler manufacturer Yamaha is all geared up to display a concept car at the upcoming 2015 Tokyo Motor Show. According to Yamaha, the "design concept is inspired by motorcycles and expresses the Unique Style of Yamaha." It is still unclear whether the motorcycle manufacturer will put the car into production or not.
Yamaha currently makes motorcycles, ATVs, snowmobiles, and scooters. The company does not have four-wheelers under its portfolio and this will be the first time Yamaha is attempting to make a car.
Yamaha will also display electric two-wheelers during the 2015 Tokyo Motor Show, that is scheduled to take place from the 28th of October.
Alongside the four-wheeler concept and the electric two-wheelers, Yamaha will also display "an autonomous motorcycle-riding humanoid robot that combines motorcycle and robotics technologies."
