Volvo XC90 Excellence Revealed Prior To Shanghai Auto Show Debut
Volvo will be present at the 2015 Shanghai Auto Show. The Swedish manufacturer has, however, revealed its latest offering prior to its official debut in China.
The Swedish manufacturer will be launching an exclusive model based on their SUV. Volvo will be debuting its XC90 Excellence at 2015 Shanghai Auto Show.
XC90 Excellence will be available only in China currently and is expected to arrive in several other developing markets. Volvo is most likely to bring this SUV to India in limited numbers.
This 4-seater luxury SUV is based on Volvo's regular XC90. They have provided a few cosmetic updates to the exterior to make it appealing to countries it will be sold in.
Most noticeable on the outside is chrome embellishment around B-pillar and C-pillar. The door mouldings also get chrome treatment and looks decent with the stealth black paint scheme backdrop.
Interior is where most of the changes have taken place. Volvo will provide this vehicle as a four seater only. It will feature individual seats with several comfort options that relaxes occupants as they travel.
Volvo will be providing an audio system by Bowers and Wilkins with a 19-speaker setup. The XC90 Excellence will also have its own fridge and handmade crystal glasses from Sweden.
The XC90 Excellence will be powered by similar engines that are available by Volvo on their regular models. Pricing has not been revealed and will be announced at the time of its debut at 2015 Shanghai Auto Show.
