Volkswagen Express Service Gurgaon Facility Inaugurated
Volkswagen inaugurates its second Express Service Facility in Gurgaon. Recently, Volkswagen inaugurated its very first Express Service Facility in Coimbatore. The plan is to inaugurate several other Express Service outlets across the country.
The Express Service Facility by Volkswagen will offer faster service plans for lesser downtime. Body repair and mechanical repairs can be carried out at the new Gurgaon facility. Volkswagen plans to service over 1,600 vehicles per month at the Express Service Facility.
Second Volkswagen Express Service Facility will have 29 service bays. The service speed is not shared, however, we expect basic engine oil, air filter, brake pad fitment, and body wash should not take more than 30 minutes.
Internationally, Volkswagen offers its Express Service Facility in several countries. Volkswagen has introduced the Express Service Facility in India for the very first time and is aiming to enhance customer experience. No additional charges will be applicable for utilising Express Service Facility.
After-sales service is a major concern for every vehicle buyer in the country. Companies are introducing various initiatives to improve their after-sales service. Several other automobile manufacturers in India offer quick service facility as an option.
