Toyota recently launched its Etios in a limited edition avatar, called the ‘Etios Xclusive'. Currently the Japanese manufacturer does not plan to launch any new products in the country this year.
Japanese automobile manufacturer, however, is planning and improving its customer experience. They are also inaugurating new showrooms to further expand their reach within the country.
Toyota India now will offer its spare parts to customers via the internet. Spare parts can be sought after through official Toyota website, which will provide warranty and clear rates.
Online selling of spare parts will commence in Bengaluru as a pilot project for the company. Toyota then plans to introduce this facility to other major metros of India during 2016.
On offer through online store for spare parts will be 30 accessories and over 400 parts that require timely change. These include air filters, oil filters, fan belts, wipers and other such spares.
Spare parts will be available for all Toyota models that are on sale in Indian market. The Japanese manufacturer sells the Etios Liva, Etios Cross, Etios, Camry, Corolla Altis, Prius, Innova, Fortuner, LC Prado and LC 200.
We believe Toyota online spare parts store will be a good addition for busy vehicle owners. Customers who do not want to travel to the spare parts shop can order their products from within their comfort zone.
