TaxiForSure Reveals Findings Of Recent Online Survey Of Customers

TaxiForSure, a major taxi aggregator in the country has just revealed the findings of an online survey conducted across 7,000 customers. These include:

• The convenience of hailing a cab with a swipe of the smartphone is how Bengalurians are responding to the traffic issues of the city
  
• 90% of customers used the mobile app for booking taxis
  
• 44% of customers had their own cars, but preferred booking taxis

• 75% of them were predominantly salaried employees
  
• 16% prefer using taxi services during weekends
  
• 53% book through the week
  
• 50% customers use taxis primarily to go or come back from restaurants, malls, and movies
  
• Customers take taxis for an average of 5 times a month
