Tata Nano GenX Launching On 19th May, 2015 In India
Tata Motors will be launching its highly anticipated Nano GenX in India on 19th May, 2015. Booking for this new model has already commenced and deliveries will begin post launch.
The Indian manufacturer had also begun a special scheme called Power of 1+1, which was for existing Nano customers. There are several lucrative offers and schemes for new owners.
Main attraction of Nano GenX is the Easy Shift option or AMT that is expected to boost sales. It will also get an openable boot lid, which has been missing from the very first generation.
The AMT will be the very same that is used in Tata's Zest, compact sedan. It will be powered by a two cylinder 624cc engine, producing 37 horsepower and 51 Nm of peak torque.
Tata will offer the Easy Shift only in their top-spec Nano GenX variant, which will replace current generation Nano. The CNG version will continue to be sold in the previous generation avatar.
Designers have given Tata Nano GenX mild exterior updates. Most visible is the smiling front grille and bumper. They will also provide new smoked headlamps, alloy wheels and colours.
Stay tuned for more updated regarding Tata Nano GenX, as we reach closer to its launch. Do let us know in the comment section if new Tata Nano GenX appeals to you or not?
