Seat Leon Cross Sport Unveiled At 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show
New segments are gaining popularity across the globe, several manufacturers are introducing new products to meet customer demands. Most manufacturers are also updating their vehicles to suit current trends.
The crossover segment is witnessing tremendous demand in recent times. Seat too has entered this race and has unveiled their Leon Cross Sport at 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show.
Jurgen Stackmann, Chairman of the Executive Committee, SEAT, S.A., expressed, "The SEAT Leon family is not only incredibly successful, but also exceptionally multi-faceted."
He further added, "With the Leon Cross Sport, we are testing out a new idea - the performance of the Leon CUPRA with the many possibilities offered by an all-road vehicle."
Under the hood of Seat Leon Sport Cross is the following:
- Engine: 2.0-litre TSI
- Horsepower: 295.77
- Torque: 380Nm
- Gearbox: 6-speed DSG dual-clutch transmission
Seat will also be providing their Leon Cross Sport with Electronic Stability system, adaptive cruise control with Front Assist. For everyday city commutes the crossover will also be equipped with lane keeping assistance and traffic signal recognition.
