Scania Commercial Vehicles To Be Showcased At 2015 Bus World

Bus World 2015 is scheduled to be held between 28th to 30th of April, 2015. Present at the event will be Scania and several other manufacturers, who will display their buses.

The Swedish manufacturer will be showcasing its entire range of buses and trucks. On display at BusWorld 2015 will be their Metrolink and the new Intercity bus.

Scania currently operates in Europe, Middle East, Africa, Latin America, South East Asia and many more. The Swedish manufacturer has realised India is a big market for them and have began their facilities as well.

They have setup their facility in Narasapura in Bangalore during 2013. Their current production output stands at 1,000 buses and 2,500 trucks per year. They are also planning of making India one of their export hubs.

Scania has a realistic goal of selling 305 buses during 2015, while they plan to double that in 2016. Currently the manufacturer requires six months advanced booking for their buses.

2015 Bus World will be held at Bombay Exhibition Center in Mumbai. It will commence on 28th April to 30th of April, 2015. There will be several buses and trucks on display at the exhibition centre.
