Nissan Appoint Sandip Neogi As CFO
Nissan has appointed Sandip Neogi as the company's Chief Financial Officer. Neogi will be based in Chennai and report to Guillaume Sicard, the President of Nissan India Operations.
Neogi will take charge of financial performance of Nissan companies in India.
Renault and Nissan are based in Oragadam near Chennai, with a production capacity of 480,000 units. The factory builds cars for the domestic as well as for the export market.
Being graduated from the University of Calcutta, Neogi has experience with financial governing, having worked for companies in the steel, IT, pharmaceutical and medical devices sectors.
With an aim be be one of India's biggest player in the automotive industry, Nissan saw a growth in sales by 24.2 percent during 2014.
