Sachin Lawande Appointed As CEO Of Visteon Corporation
Visteon Corporation, an American global automotive parts supply company which spun off from the Ford Motor Company in 2000, has appointed Sachin Lawande as the company's new President and Chief Executive Officer.
Lawande will take charge of his new role from the 29th of June onwards. He will also be a part of the company's Board of Directors.
Francis M. Scricco, the Chairman of the Board said, "After a thorough evaluation of potential candidates, we are confident that we have found in Sachin the perfect individual to lead and transform our company to achieve further success in the rapidly evolving automotive electronics market."
Lawande was previously the President of the Infotainment Division at Harman, where he worked since 2005 and held multiple leadership positions.
Lawande will succeed Timothy D. Leuliette in his new role as CEO & President of Visteon Corporation.
