Rolls-Royce Serenity Convertible To Be At 2015 Geneva Motor Show
The United Kingdom based luxury automobile manufacturer, Rolls-Royce has launched several products in recent times. Now they will be launching an all-new convertible model for the wealthy.
It is most likely that Roll-Royce will showcase this new model at the upcoming 2015 Geneva Motor Show. Their convertible will be coming to India as well post its global launch. It will be a worthy successor to their luxury vehicles Ghost, Phantom a Wraith.
India is a huge market for luxury vehicles and Rolls-Royce has decent presence in the market. They have successfully launched their vehicles, which has witnessed decent demand. The UK based manufacturer will also launch their convertible in India by 2016.
Rolls-Royce recently launched its Ghost Series II in South India. Present at the event was Sven J Ritter, GM, Asia Pacific, Rolls-Royce. It was confirmed at the launch that the new luxury convertible will be coming to India as well, thus proving India is an important market.
The Ghost Series II by Rolls-Royce sports a 6.6-litre, V12 petrol engine. It generates 563 horsepower, along with 780 Nm of peak torque. The engine is paired to an 8-speed automatic transmission. This rear-wheel drive luxury car provide fuel efficiency of 9.53 kpl (ARAI).
Rolls-Royce has priced its Ghost Series II model at INR 4,50,00,000 ex-showroom, Delhi. They also offer the Ghost, Phantom, Phantom Coupe and Drophead Coupe. The new convertible will join their line up soon.
