Renault Kadjar Revealed Prior To 2015 Geneva Motor Show Launch
2015 marks the 85th edition of Geneva Motor Show and will commence on 5th of March this year. Several manufacturers plan to debut their concept and upcoming models at the motor show. It is a great platform for automobile manufacturers to showcase their products to the world.
French automobile manufacturer, Renault will also be present at 2015 Geneva Motor Show. They will be launching their all new SUV, which has been christened as ‘Kadjar'. The manufacturer had recently unveiled their new SUV in Paris.
The Kadjar looks and feels more premium than other products offered by Renault. It sports a large and unique looking front grille which is in black, at the centre sits proudly the chrome Renault logo. The headlights are sharper and angular providing a sporty avatar to the SUV.
The rear does not look as impressive as Kadjar's front styling. Renault designers have provided a more smooth and flowing design to the boot section. From the rear this SUV looks bigger than it actually is, providing a bold and dominant stance.
Powering Renault Kadjar will be two diesel engines a 1.5-litre and a 1.6-litre mill. Performance output has not been revealed as of now and is expected at a date closer to launch. The French manufacturer will also offer customers a choice of 4x2 or 4x4.
Renault currently is in partnership with Dongfeng, they have also commenced setting up a facility in China. The Kadjar SUV will be the very first product to be manufactured in China. The French manufacturer will offer this new SUV in Africa, Europe and Mediterranean Basin countries as well. It is unclear if Kadjar would be introduced in India or not.
