Renault Accredited As One Of The Best Employers
Renault Australia has been accredited as one of the best employers in Australia and New Zealand according to an annual program conducted by Aon Hewitt, a human resources consultants.
Out of 148 companies, Renault was one of 15 companies that were awarded as best employers.
In order to be recognized, companies must complete a survey which includes the 'Core 24' items', that are usually seen as the highest predictors. A people practices inventory is then filled in by the company's HR department, followed by an interview.
Renault employees in Australia are encouraged to speak about their ideas, regardless of their role. Senior management and even the Managing Director, are easily accessible to staff in Australia.
As a result, car sales have doubled over the years. In 2012, Renault Australia sold 5011 units and in 2014, the company sold 10,014 units.
