UK Buying More V8 Mustangs Compared To America!
According to the Blue Oval company, UK customers are buying more V8 Mustangs compared to the American market.
It shows that 70 percent of the UK customers are choosing the 5.0-litre V8 compared to America, where it is only 52 percent.
The reason could be the choice of engines available in Europe. Ford sells either the 2.3-litre EcoBoost model or the 5.0-litre V8, where in America, there is also a V6 on offer.
Till date, Ford Europe has received 2,000 orders for the Mustang and 70 percent of the order are for the V8.
The Mustang V8 produces 410 horsepower and can accelerate from standstill to 100 km/h in under 5 seconds and is naturally aspirated, while the 2.3-litre engine is a four cylinder powerplant that is turbo charged.
Given customers a waiting period for 50 years, they would definitely opt for the version that would pack a punch!
