Mercedes To Launch AMG GT In India During 2015-End

Mercedes-Benz India has planned to launch 15 new products in the country during 2015. So far they have launched six new models and still have nine more models coming soon to India.

The German luxury car maker will be launching a sports car in India as well, just for bragging rights. Mercedes will be introducing its AMG GT sports car by 2015-end in the sub-continent.

Here are the technical specifications of Mercedes-AMG GT:

• Engine: 3,982 cc V8, bi-turbo
• Horsepower: 462
• Torque: 600 Nm
• Gearbox: 7-speed dual clutch transmission
• Top speed: 304 kph

Also on offer in international markets is a more powerful Mercedes-AMG GT S variant, which develops more power and higher top speed. We are not sure if this model will be coming to India anytime soon.
