Mercedes-Maybach S600 Launched At INR 2.6 Crore
Mercedes-Maybach S600 has been launched in India for INR 2.6 crore (ex-showroom Pune). This will be available in India as a Completely Built Unit (CBU). This is the 12th product launched by Mercedes as a part of its 15 product launch strategy in India.
The Mercedes-Maybch S500 will be locally produced and is priced at INR 1.67 crore.
The S600 has managed to sell out, within 2 weeks of announcement.
Also, taking over Mercedes-Benz India as MD and CEO will be Roland S Folger, as Eberhard Kern's tenure ends in India.
Engine And Specification:
The Mercedes-Maybach S600 will be powered by a 6.0-litre, bi-turbo, V12 engine that produces 530 bhp and 830 Nm of peak torque. Power will be sent to the rear wheel through a 7-speed automatic gearbox.
