Mercedes-Benz Luxe Drive Organised In Surat For Customer Engagement
Mercedes-Benz recently organised its Luxe Drive in Surat International Exhibition and Convention Center, Sarsana, Near Khajod Chowkadi, Althan Road, Surat.
The Luxe Drive in Surat was held on 4th to 5th April, 2015. Mercedes-Benz wants to engage with their customers and this is their new engagement strategy.
Previously Luxe Drive was organised by Mercedes-Benz India in Chandigarh, Gurgaon and Jaipur. It was held over the weekend in Surat and the next scheduled stop is in Mumbai.
Eberhard Kern, Managing Director and CEO, Mercedes-Benz India, expressed, "The robust 40% growth along with other multiple sales records achieved in the first quarter of 2015, is a clear indication of our commitment to a strong customer focus."
He further added, "Our product offensive across the spectrum, the value added services and finance programmes, the unique customer engagement initiatives have all been well appreciated, resulting in Mercedes-Benz's best ever month, best ever quarter and even the best ever financial year."
Present at Luxe Drive Surat was Michelin Star chef Vikas Khanna, who prepare culinary treats for potential buyers. Attendees could also interact with him and get a masterclass session by him.
There is no doubt, however, that Mercedes-Benz vehicles were the highlight of the day. The German manufacturer had a wide range of its sedans, SUVs and hatchbacks at the event for potential buyers to test drive.
To end the Luxe Drive on a high note a high street fashion through tip international brands from The Collective was presented. Mercedes-Benz India had also organised a styling consultant to further enhance their customers style quotient.
