Maruti Suzuki Ciaz Hybrid To Be Launched On 1st September!
The Maruti Suzuki Ciaz Hybrid, dubbed the Ciaz SHVS (Suzuki Hybrid Vehicle System), will be launched on the 1st of September.
The Hybrid version could replace the existing diesel model and will be priced higher than the current pricing of the Ciaz.
Exterior wise, there will not be changes but for the hybrid badge. Mechanically though, the car is expected to return a fuel economy of 28 kpl.
The Ciaz Hybrid will feature an auto engine start/stop function, Integrated Starter Generator and brake regeneration system to power up the battery.
This hybrid system will soon be introduced in other Maruti Suzuki models and the company is looking forward to break the 30 kpl barrier.
