Mahindra Group To Expand Operations In Telangana
Mahindra Group has its eyes focused to expand operations of different sectors in Telangana. Officials of six Mahindra Group companies met state IT Minister K. Taraka Rama Rao to discuss their plans.
The company's plans are to cover sectors like automobile, information technology, infrastructure, aerospace and defence.
The officials said that vehicles to collect garbage for Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) will be supplied soon and also explained the plans to operate electrical vehicles to carry passengers to and from the Metro stations in Hyderabad.
The minister was also briefed about Mahindra's plan to expand its automobile unit in Zaheerabad in Medak district.
Rama Rao also invited Mahindra Group to consider Hyderabad for expanding their operations in aerospace and defence sectors.
