Mahindra Formula E Team Announce Partnership With Avis
Mahindra is the only Indian automobile manufacturer in the elite electric car racing championship. Mahindra Formula E team has now announced their partnership with Avis.
Formula E race will be contested on the streets of Long Beach on 4th April, 2015. The Indian team will adorn Avis branding at this ePrix on both of their fully electric race vehicles.
Currently Mahindra Formula E team has an Indian and a Brazilian driver in the cockpit. Karun Chandhok and Bruno Senna have been pushing the vehicle to its limits and achieving the maximum points, whenever possible.
Dilbagh Gill, Team Principal, Mahindra Racing expressed, "We are proud and thrilled to be working so closely with Avis Car Rental."
He further added, "This is a fantastic partnership in which Avis can provide mobility solutions to the Mahindra Group and we look forward to working closely with them in the future."
Avis has entered into a multi-year partnership with Mahindra Formula E team. They will provide rental cars to the Indian team across the globe wherever they function.
Avis customers can get an exclusive entrance to Formula E. This includes tour of pit garage, taxi drives with Mahindra drivers and much more.
